Meet the BCA Team
Dr. Jenny Billman
Owner, Founder, and Practicing Doctor
Dr. Jenny Billman’s life was transformed by chiropractic care, and now she’s on a mission to help others experience the same hope and healing. Born with congenital hip dysplasia, her future was presumed to be filled with surgeries, crutches, and limitations. But her parents sought out chiropractic care and it changed everything. Through chiropractic manual therapies, Jenny’s body healed naturally—no surgeries, no crutches—just a life of freedom. She became a dancer and even completed multiple marathons.
This personal journey of overcoming limitations ignited a lifelong passion for helping others reclaim their health and vitality. For over 15 years, Jenny worked as a mobility specialist and fitness professional, guiding people who faced profound physical challenges—from traumatic brain injuries to amputations, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and more. She’s helped competitive athletes push past their limits and witnessed firsthand the body’s incredible potential for healing when given the right care and support.
Dr. Jenny’s commitment to her patients is rooted in a deep passion to ensure that no one ever suffers alone. She knows first hand how transformative proper care can be. She combines chiropractic care with movement therapies, acupuncture, and nutrition to address pain and dysfunction, rejecting the notion that aches and pains are simply a “normal” part of aging. Instead, she empowers her patients to live better, move better, and feel their best at every stage of life.
Her practice is a safe haven, particularly for those who have experienced trauma or who have been injured by violence. Dr. Jenny partners with her patients on their journey toward recovery, believing in their ability to overcome challenges and reclaim their vitality.
When she’s not working, Dr. Jenny can be found exploring new adventures with her family, planning her next hiking trip, dog training with her doodle Minnie, or dancing in a Zumba class.

Training The Future
As a learning facility, we often have interns and students shadowing our team. This allows them to gain practical experience while ensuring you receive the best care possible.
At Broadway Chiropractic & Acupuncture, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for patients injured by violence, including sexual assault, domestic violence, or trafficking. We also welcome patients who might be apprehensive about health care due to a history of childhood abuse.
As a Sensitive Practice Practitioner, we have received specialized training to ensure our approach respects personal boundaries and fosters open communication. We focus on empowering patients to feel secure and in control of their care, helping them heal both physically and emotionally. Our goal is to create an environment where individuals feel safe and supported on their path to recovery. This approach is centered on understanding the unique challenges that trauma survivors face, and offering care that promotes trust, safety, and respect.
